Sorry bout that...I would say...to the west.  NE, KS or SoDak for examples.  Most states now have online maps with hunting areas shown...that is a starting place..  Good luck!  Hope ya find a place.  I've not had any success the last three years hunting KS though

Me too that is why I tried to make it somewhat funny.... Many times its how you ask and not what you ask.  IE: No Please or Thank You's, Just a "Tell Me Where".... now that ain't going to get too many favorable responses in my opinion.

Here is another set of coordinates for ya....

Turkey Trot

One could drive into eastern MT and western ND and get permission to hunt any number of ranches.  They are viewed as a pest by the ranchers in that area, they get into their feed troughs to eat and scratch feed out on the ground and crap in the troughs.

Be advised that the Baaken Formation oil boom has affected that area and it may be hard to find a place to stay.  It has also may folks a little angry at outsiders, there was a recent abduction and murder of a schoolteacher in Sidney MT that has people in that area ticked off.  The guys that they caught and are extraditing from ND were from other places and taken up there by the boom.

I'd recommend the Black Hills of SD or Wyoming. Have been there twice, successful both trips. TONS of public land.
