Got lucky this morning...

Was heading out to do my paper route and was about 5 seconds from a major intersection when a SUV runs the redlight...I said to myself...look at this stupid mofo right here when I see a Sheriff car come through the intersection and light him up...they pulled into the same neighborhood I had to deliver to right between the only two paper boxes I have on that road...I came back through as my route loops me and they were giving him the "walk a line" test...bastard was wobbling just standing there...hope everyone got their papers today cause I wasn't really paying attention much...all I could think about was 5 more seconds and I might not have made it home to my wife and kid tonight...

I did pull in as there were multiple officers there by the time I finished my route and gave them a few newspapers...its the least I could have done and I wish it could have been more...
