With all the talk of older camo patterns and retro week on facebook,   Lets see some of your older turkey pictures.    (i think I remember a simular post ,  not trying to steal anyone's thunder,  just want to see how some things have changed)

Here is mine ;  Realtree greenleaf uninsulated coveralls and a home made hat and facemask

Don't see to many of those anymore either. Kids these days are probably tryin to figure that one out.

1965-Couldn't afford camo

1967- Still couldn't afford camo.

1972- Had a camo shirt but lost it.

1973- Could afford a camo shirt.

1982- Could afford camo pant's and shirt, but not matching.

Early 90's- Could afford a fancy camo shirt but not matching pants.

Around 2000- Could afford fancy camo!

Around 2008- Can afford fancy camo but realized it's not needed.

In 1975, on a cool spring morning following a drenching line of thunderstorms in MS, I passed over into the brotherhood of the Spur. I remember the details in vivid clarity as if they occurred this very morning.



I hung the bird up on the back porch and went to a Doobie Brothers concert that evening. There was only one way that this day could have been any better for me, but I didn't see her that evening.
