I ordered a SBE II performance shop benelli 16 months ago and never got it from the dealer, i canceled the order and got a super vinchi instead. Has anyone else had the same problem?

The last I heard, there was a very long waiting list for those guns. You could contact Rob Roberts and I'm sure he could tell you just how long it is currently.

Thanks,

Thanks, it's was almost a year and half so I just went with the super Vinci instead, although I wish they would release a steady grip for it....

I had the same issue with the SBEII versus the Super Vinci......if the SV would have offered a Steady Grip I may have gone the other way, but stuck with the SBEII! Surely Benelli will offer this in the near future.
PS: Was able to shoot some doves with a SV a friend bought......UGLY, but boy did it swing well for me!

I'm sure hoping they being benelli releases a steady grip for the super vinchi like they did the regular vinchi, I haven't shot mine yet, but it feels some kinda good, I also got a new beretta xtrema II it's a great gun as well, I'm considering trading it for the new A400 xtreme beretta

set one up for my dad 2 years ago and got rob to build it like performance shop model. first shot the recoil pad broke and fell off. got all of that ironed out. dad and i did some pattern testing with it and were not impressed. needless to say he gave it back to me and went back to his old 870 sp and citori. i have talked with a lot of other owners who said same thing and also learned of its aluminum construction was not holding up to heavy recoiling turkey shells. i am an 870\mossberg man so it remains being a safe queen. i also have talked to others who love it.
pm me if interested in purchase.
