Mag Blends 3-2-7 legal in MN

Was thinking if some of the new Magnum blend shell would be legal in MN when it say you can't use shot size larger then #4. If you use the 3-2-7 blend doesn't that mean there is two shot in there, and if you have a new rookie CO check you he might give you a ticket in MN.

hevi-13 Magnum blend is 5,6,7 shot.  3-2-7 is 3 in 2 oz #7 shot.

Thanks for clearing that information up for me, I will have to try some of hevi Mag blend then this year then.
