I'm looking for a new turkey gun. My demands are that it is camo, 12 guage, can shoot 3.5", and have a pistol grip stock.

Here is what I'm looking at right now.

Remington 870 Supermag Express with Sureshot stock. $490

  Mossberg 835 Ultimag $457

Benelli SuperNova with SteadyGrip stock.  $589

What say you experts?

Go with the cheapest.   ;)

Lets not let a few dollars get in the way of the best out of the three.

Either the mossy or remy.

Or u could get both and give me a deal on the one you don't like.

Do you own a turkey gun already? If so, I'd buy the one that I already had a few chokes for.

Go with the one that fits you the best. They are all good choices.

it's not the harvest,it's the chase

870 = great patterns and a little easier on the shoulder

Deer see you and think you are a stump. The Old Gobbler sees a stump and thinks it is YOU!

I am an 870 guy. Never shot a mossberg. I almost bought a Nova last year and after shooting it on a 2 day duck hunt, I wouldn't have one. It was the rattlingest, jammingest pump I ever shot. Some guys love them. I did not.

870 !     Day in day out the 870 will come through for you.     :fud:

This is what I am doing, for whatever the hell that is worth.

I bought a camo Knoxx recoil reducing stock for $110, and a used 870 Supermag for $250. Putting the two together = a $360 turkey sniping machine.
