Amboyna Burl Trumpet(Sold)

This is the amboyna burl I paid an arm and a leg for. Not many calls that have this much design in the wood. The pictures do absolutely nothing for this call. This call has a brass ferrule and a buffalo horn mouthpiece with some red streaks. The sawdust from this thing was beautiful. Comes with a standard laynard. 100.00 TYD.

Thinking maybe I could buy the call from you and have Pappy add the dust to some acrylic to make a call for a two-call maker "matched set."  I know he's done some of that with other materials.

OK, Joe.  If you can dig up some of those shavings and send to Jack he's going to put together a call/striker combo for me from them.  I won't be offend if as the call maker you are not cool with this idea.  But I think it will be a cool combo!
