Northern californi Goose hunt

I pulled a permit for a goose hunt in norther california on the sacramento delta. It should be a good time and hope to get into some geese.I guess its on twichell Island on a dry feild. I have no clue on how to hunt geese since I dont know anything about it. I am winging it for sure,made a few phone calls and was able to get some decoys and will get some tips on calling. I know how to blow a call but not in hunting situations since i use it for a locator call during turkey season. I cant wait to try lol.
