Was just wondering do any of you kiln dry your wood

I buy some that is already kiln dried.  A kiln of any size and consistency would cost more money and time than I have to spend.  I do air dry a lot of my domestic woods in my shop.

My kiln doubles as a microwave.......Wait I got it backwards, my micro doubles as a kiln.  :TooFunny:
Air drying is better but I do micro some times.

Yep. When I don't have the patience to air dry, this is the way I go too.

I have an Excalibur dehydrator that also doubles as a kiln on occasion. In fact I just dried three pieces of cherry burl last week. The burl was cut last spring and it took four days to dry it down to 6%.
