I slice their breasts in half, marinate for days, smoke them and dry as jerky.  I like it that way but even after all of that I know people who won't eat them that way.

Yep, we eat them too. We marinate them and grill them. Divers take some getting used to.

Im in the South, we have plenty of Buffleheads if you know where to look.
