Going to buy 1187 with 26" barrel and I need to get it dip. Would like to know best place and price. Also is 650.00 go an ok price for sportsmen? Thanks

Jim Crumley's does great work !  I think 650.00 is a little steep for the 1187 Sportsman. You can probably find an Old School 1187 that's already camo for less than 650.00. JMO !

Thanks. Found place for one for $600.00 and reminton got $75.00 dollar rebate as well. So does 525.00 sound better? It shoots 2 3/4 and and 3".

Its after the fact , but Dicks sporting goods had a black friday sale on 1187's I put my uncle on that , and he picked up a 3 inch all black synthetic for 399 !!!  and a MO dipped 3.5 1187 for 499 after rebates -

the going rate is about 700-750 for a 3.5 1187
