So I get a text pic of my nephew this afternoonwith about a 30 pound, almost completely black female coyote he shot while deer hunting this morning. That's one less fawn and polt eater to worry about, not to mention the pups she would have had.  I lend him my rifle, an Encore Pro Hunter in 7mm-08, which I haven't even fired in anger at a deer yet (with this barrel), and he proceeds to go on a hunting killing spree with it! He loves my Pro Hunter and says he wants one now more than ever. I have shot one hole groups with it a 100 yards. I told him he better have one of his own by the time next season rolls around too. Might just have to put one in layaway for him for his birthday in January...

Found out she's goin in to the taxidermistfor a full body mount too.  He said she isn't rubbed the slightest little bit...except where the 140 bullet "rubbed" her of course.

Awesome! I've never seen an all black yote before. I do know we are overrun with them around here!
