Found a breast in the back of the freezer when putting my deer meat in.
Turkey jerky...it's what's for after-dinner snack tomorrow! :toothy12:
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

I use a Soy/Liquid Smoke/Worcheschire Sauce based marinade.
Cut the meat up in thin strips, marinate for 24 hours and do them in the oven for about 6 hours.
I haven't met anyone who doesn't like it.  Making my mouth water now.   ;D
I'll be putting it in the oven in about four hours now....

You're making my mouth water now. I use the same type of marinades for my venison jerky and even my picky kids don't leave it alone. I vaccum seal mine and let in marinade for 12 hours or more if I can't get to it right away. Gun deer season starts Saturday :fud:  and hopefully I'll have a batch done by thanks giving.
