I picked up this moisture meter from Lowes for $29.99.  It seems pretty accurate so far.

Dont hate me too bad ! But the local Lowes had the same one on sale a few months ago got it for $10 on clearance or it was priced wrong idk . Either way it works great! Very easy to use.
