MRE style meals

I got a little obsessed with MREs during the past hurricanes after a terrible experience with all the crazy people at the supermarket. Now thinking of stocking up o something like these.

Anyone got any reccomendations? This looks liek a good deal especially for a family.

you need to think more like backpacking type foods...here is a link for you...look at stuff like Mountain House or Saratoga farms type foods...these are going to taste better than a MRE...a WHOLE lot better...you have to boil water but if you can't boil water...well you need to learn

not if you don't have power...

I'm going on a 3 day hiking trip and that's all we plan to eat...gonna divy it up into vacuum seal bags and take off...did you read that it will keep for like 25 years ?? LOL...
