Age this deer!!!

This deer was killed this morning (hit by car and had to be Euthanized). He is a main frame 8 point with 3 scorable kickers (on brow tines). Total of 11 points. 11.75 inch spread and 14 inch main beams. 150 pounds. Tell me how old you think he is and if you would shoot him.

PS: he is a public land deer

would I shoot him ? On public land yes ,,, on my property NO . He looks like a very good young deer ,so if I knew he would make it I would give him a couple years to mature.
