I'm going to be real interested to see what the president has to say during his speech on jobs. Two bad reports in one week on the state of the country.

Interestingly, Yahoo pulled its story on this issue.  While it was up, it clearly stated that as of 2008 the U.S. was ranked #1 in global competitiveness.  It has fallen for the past 3 years.  Form your own conclusions.

Reports are now suggesting that President Obama will propose a $300 billion effort to jump-start the economy when he delivers a policy address before both houses of Congress tomorrow night. As we wrote yesterday, the package will likely include a mix of payroll tax cuts--an extension of the one now in place for employees, and a new one for employers--and spending on infrastructure projects, extended jobless benefits and aid to state and local governments

Guess we'll borrow that money from China too
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands, love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper; his hands remember the rifle.

More of the same crap. The definition  of insanity is repeating the same task over and over and expecting different results. I hope and pray that the members of congress will say enough is enough. The constituents have been saying it for a while and their voices are starting to get louder. I think some people are actually starting to wake up to what is going on.

It`s hard to jump-start an economy when it`s in China!! I thought that other stimulus package was supposed to jump start the economy?? I`m watching football.

Very ,very sad It's gonna be the same ole same ole . They think they can just keep beating a dead horse is just crazy... It's gonna be football for me too. I'd be shocked if he changes his path of more spending .  Trickle up poverty , Obamanomic's
