Looking for opinoins on a good rangefinder for the money. There alot of options out there and dont know where to start. So wat yall got, and the pros and cons of them.

I have the Bushnell 1600. I bought the 1500 a couple years ago. It went bad and they replaced it with the 1600. The Bushnells seem to be the quickest to get yardage and easiest to operate. They don't have as many options as some, but most options are just sales pitches. Rangefinders can only operate two ways. They can give you the closest reading they bounce off of or the farthest. A lot can switch between the two. Might be called brush mode, rain mode, fog mode, pinseeker mode........etc. Just know it is either giving you the closest it registers or the farthest.

Bushnell, I just picked up a Chuck Adams range finder it it is quick . It shoots a flat line of sight then a angle shot yardage . One button and very quick. And at a good price.

I got the Nikon Archer's Choice this summer.  I have only used it in the yard to set up my pins on my bow.  I look forward to trying it this fall in the woods.

About the smallest they make, easy to use, good battery life.

Mine is a Nikon.  I think it is a 500 or 600 model, I can't remember which.  Had it for about 4 years with no problems.
