Is there a downside to Corian pots?

What if any is the downside of Corian pots? Why aren't they more common?

Nothing that I can tell you. The pros of them are you can scuff them as well and have an awesome soft talker. Most realistic tree yelps you'll find

They are not wood. That's the big one for me. I do have a couple though.

I have seen nothing wrong with it. As stated you can scuff the back n use that to soft talk.

My opinion is it's utilitarian looking.
It's rugged, it's water proof, it sounds great to me, but it doesn't look as nice a pretty piece of stabilized spalted maple or something.

As far as practical use, my enticer is my best call. But it's not the most handsome.

From a makers standpoint it's hard to find in thicker pieces it's not cheap  I got place near by that deals with it and the cut offs they still want decent price for them and pretty much got stack and glue 3 or 4 pieces together to get thickness

It was a "downside" to a good Gobbler 3 years ago when he was enticed to a KoKoMo Corian Black Slate I was using.
