Excellent customer service from Kicks Inc

Bought a Kicks Gobblin Thunder choke from an ebay seller. Was sent the wrong size. .655 instead of the .665 that as listed. Didn't realize size was wrong until after I shot it and saw .655 on the tube. Reduced refund value and just a pain in the butt to go through sending it back. Called Kicks to ask about some shot size reference data on their website and mentioned my issues with the .655 using #6 shot. The fella I talked to said he'd just send me a .665. Got my name and address, so I should be getting one in the next week or so. Was not expecting that at all especially since I didn't buy it directly from Kicks or a dealer they work with. Not sure if this was the right spot to post, but I think that sort of service deserves a shout out. I'll be going with Kicks for my next choke tube purchases.

I'm going to add a bump to this as well.  I've been Setting up a new 410 turkey gun and Kicks has absolutely the best customer service.  They answer the phones, emails and ship almost immediately after purchase.
Another high dollar brand choke manufacture can't answer phone, return calls or emails. They make a fine choke, but good luck getting any information or help.
Kicks chokes are just fantastic people with an excellent product and service.
