Ditched the idea of the pistol grip once I decided to go with the Hawke turkey scope. After getting it home I ditched the factory sights, loctite the base, moved rings forward a grove and remounted the scope. Still waiting for the Indian Creek (.390), a TruGlo Fat Bead and a Grumpy Duck bolt handle to make this year turkey thumper project complete. Once the choke arrives, I'll pattern the Apex Greenleaf to see what it can do.
I will say this about the recital on the scope, it's sweet and I have no doubt about it
but I personally....personally wish the circle/flipped horseshoe was skoosh thinner.
