I bought a pair of kuiu attack pants a month ago.
They sure don't seem like they're gonna hold up to normal use around any brush at all.

That said- they're the most comfortable pants I've ever worn.

Some of the fabric will "pull" from Briars and what not, but they ain't tearing. They won't look the prettiest after a few years of hard use, but they last.
Good to know. The pulling of the fabric is what I was referring to.

I wear several different pants throughout the season. Usually, the first few weeks, it is still pretty cool, so Kuiu Attack pants fit the bill. Once it warms up, I like the Mossy Oak Tibbee pants. I did get some Kuiu Tiburon pants for Christmas, so will be trying them out this season. Also for warmer days, the Magellan pants at Academy are hard to beat. I tend to like the lighter, quick drying materials.. good luck to everyone this year.

I like Mossy Oaks apparel! It's reasonably priced, fits me well, looks good, and holds up well enough for the hunting i do..

You were spot on. I ordered 34's and they fit just fine. A little long for me, but over a boot they will work just fine.

First lite guide pants for me.
LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS

Brillo

Walmart Wrangler outdoor pant from now on. Costco has good ones also.
These are great for turkey and a lot of other things.  Cheap, comfortable and durable enough.
When the weather is colder I wear my Sitka Timberline because of the waterproof butt and knees.

I wear these deer hunting as well. May wear them this spring. I have a few pairs of Columbia pants in dark gray that I've worn turkey hunting. And those are hard to beat

I love my Sitka Equinox Guard pants.

I dont know how guys wear the Kuiu attacks in any terrain that has thorns, raspberry bushes, oak brush ,etc. They are a pant made for glassing and open country. They will snag on every single thing- I havent had them tear but there is about a thousand thread pulls on mine. They are so thin I will come out of the woods with my legs bleeding from thorns and such poking thru the fabric. Its the same thing with all the polyester pants out there from FL, Sitka, Badlands, you name it. They are comfortable certainly, but will look like you got attacked by a sack of cats after a walk thru a raspberry patch.

The Kutana pants on the otherhand are more like the durability of jeans, I love those. Fairly quiet too

Carhartt,  then I wear a leafy suit over it

Kuiu katana has been my favorite, durable and comfortable, not sure I could wear a pant without hip vents to dump heat when needed. They have a katana hybrid with waterproof seat and lower legs that would probably be an excellent option.

I've always liked the idea of knee pads but they always ended up being hot and not sitting perfect on the knees if they sit low they make the pants awkward so I never found a pant that executed the idea well enough.

I have brush pants I wouldn't be afraid to wear if the undgrowth was thick they are a bit warmer so I don't think I'd want to wear them all day in high heat.

didn't know they'd came out with the hybrids. Holy moly at the price! But dang, I kinda want a pair. haha. If i can ever catch them on sale, i'll snag one.

I have never had another pair of pants hold up through the torture i've put my Attacks and Kutanas through. There is no doubt in my mind i've worn them both hundreds of times.

I don't buy anything from the high end "brands" until it's on sale or in the classifieds. I just saw the hybrids this weekend and thought, boy that'd be a good turkey pant but they will have to be a minimum of 30% off to get me interested enough.

Kind like how I like my first lite brush pants I got on sale but they get hot, then kuiu makes their version with double leg vents. But they'd have to be half price to get me to buy them vs the retail they ask for
