I just got another 20ga 'hopefully' turkey gun to help keep me busy during the long wait until season. I've taken it apart and give everything a good cleaning and I'll gather up a few more chokes to try when the weather here gets decent. I'm looking for a spacer to lengthen the stock some. If anyone knows where I can get a spacer please PM me.

thanks in advance

fmf

what stock and gun is that?  I have a spacer for a 510 mini, but from that pic it looks like that gun has a full length mag tube, probably a 500 or 505...?  If so I think this spacer might be a little small, but I can send you some pics with a tape measure to show you what I have, just pm me

hey fmf.  this is a Mossberg 500 Bantom so I'm pretty sure your spacer would be to small but I sure thank you for the offer.

Depending on how much length you want to add, you could replace the butt pad with a Limbsaver pad or even more length with the slip on Limbsaver and absorb recoil as an added benefit.

yep, too small.  You can always go with a magpull SGA but you lose that camo and they are about $100.  That is what I ended up putting on my 510

decided to call the good folks at O.F. Mossberg & Sons and found out that my "new to me" shotgun is actually a Super Bantom and originally came with the recoil pad that's attached now plus a 1" spacer and a larger recoil pad with longer screws. Those parts will be shipped in a few days via FedEx. Getting excited now that it's starting to come together.

thats awesome!  glad they took care of you

Glad to see them setup and are sending you the parts. It's always fun building an extra turkey gun/guns
