Report him to Shannon if you haven't already.

I got one a couple weeks ago buying something in the classifieds and forwarded it to Shannon. He messaged me in a day or two that he had banned the account.

There is always somebody out there trying to scam good honest people out of their hard earned money. Good catch, thanks for sharing.
