Does anybody recognize the manufacturer of this mount

This mount was for a vortex venom. I stripped the screw when I took the sight off for repair and I can't figure out who made this one. It has 2 springs in it to push against the part that tightens against the rail.

Any help would be appreciated

I have but I don't think many people make mounts for the venom anymore.

It's ohhunt. They don't make one for a vortex anymore. Maybe they will send me a screw.
