I have several that look very similar to that that came with Ms Glenda's satchels.

This post is funny to me because I to had that mystery case with no idea where I got it.
It drove me crazy until I bought a second glena Green satchel and got another mystery pouch.

Yes, I got it from Jim Shelley with a really good slate call. Thanks that was driving me crazy!
Maybe Mrs. Green makes them idk, but Ive never purchased anything from her.
