Im allergic to Cocobollo so thats not it as I never use it. My first guess from the photo is Madagascar Rosewood or African Blackwood which are the most common very dark woods I use. Look for a red tint in a good light. I have made very very few off white ppsu mouthpiece calls. If its not Ivory its PPSU and one of only a few.
