How is the Diamond line of bows now that bow tech bought them

I used to get a new Diamond every year through our local bow shop. This bow shop got one tournament bow and one hunter bow from diamond every year. I got the hunter bow set up how ever I wanted. I loved them. They made the best bow out there for a long time.  I sold off all of them except my last pro shop bow, the   DOA.

It was rumored then that they were busy making all of bow techs risers and were going to sell out. Just wondering if the Diamond line has gone down hill since. I have watched them in the Mags like Bass Pro, Cabelas, etc. It looks like Bow Tech has reduced them to a budget bow. They were a fine bow back in the day. The last one I sold was my Diamond Recon. I still miss that bow. It had some unbelievable kinetic energy.

They are reduced to a budget bow. Not the quality you were used to now. I guess BowTech didn't want them competing with their top bows. They are not even close the quiet, dead in the hands bows of a few years back.
