Rock Surface Call

I don't make many calls anymore, but thought this one was worth sharing.  Curly maple with Kabamba rock surface.  Made for a good buddy of mine

I got a little sound file of it too and it sounds deadly! No surprise with one of twyatt's calls though! I like that maple pot too, sometimes I forget you can make something other than walnut!

I'd like to hear it, I've seen advertisements by gentleman making them with petrified trees and Rock of some sort, I've often wondered what they'd sound like.

That walnut ceramic combo of his is proven on some West Tn birds Greg. I have a backup just in case something happens to the one I hunt!
