Ah okay, I thought perhaps it was the mouthpiece shape or something.

The mouthpiece is flattened.  When you look directly at the hole it looks rectangular.

Do you think that's because they're made by CNC vs hand? Or because they're such small batch? Curious myself. I know he's respected as a call designer and there's been talks on the site about his older slate calls, etc. And the few times his Alpha or Wind Talker trumpets have been brought up it's all been positive, but his name is not thrown out at all really.

Mike is obsessive about call design, many of my first turkeys were with his plastic pots. He has been "off the radar" for awhile but has really come back in spades with his new Omega trumpet. Great to see him doing what he loves.
