Milling a cantilever barrel

I have a cantilever shotgun barrel, I'm trying to lower the profile of the red dot sight. Do you think I could have the cantilever milled down to accept the low profile mount of a red dot sight like a burris fast fire?

If so, does anyone know who I could send this off to?
