Osceola Turkey

Greetings. I am new to this forum. I am from Pa. and a long time flintlock hunter. I managed to take a mature Osceola tom with my 20 gauge turkey choked flintlock a few days after Easter. Now preparing for opening day in Pa. this Saturday.

The Osceola is the last of my muzzleloader slam. Hopefully '24, Lord willing. Love my caplock sxs's, but those flinty's sure stir the soul.

What load did you use.

90 grains 2F
3 nitro card wads
1  5/8 of  a 50:50 mix of #5s + #6s
I split card wad over the shot

It has a 20 gauge barrel with a tight choke that was designed and built by a friend of mine.
