Need helping identifying, forgot who it was

Can remember who made this Trumpet if someone can help the year 2013 is in quotes with Turkey tracks, initials of what looks like DCZ OR DCF with some scribble to the side of it, and then the number of call and then Turkey feather . All this is engraved on the ferrule. Any help would be appreciated as I'm not sure how to load pictures on here. Thanks, Mike
