Cousin Keefton and myself were invited to Louisiana for a few days to hunt some private ground.  It worked out great.  I took a nice tom Tuesday morning and he finished up Thursday am.  Oh yeah those people can cook!

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

Very nice. Congratulations. I went to LA once when in the Marines with a buddy. His family did a crawfish boil and it was some of the best food I have ever eaten.

Yeah, they do not play games in Louisiana with the cooking, it ain't no afterthought. I got a cousin in Louisiana who as soon as he wakes up in the morning is thinking "ok what are we cooking for dinner" ...and he's a doctor!  But congrats on your success and time well spent with your cousin.

Very nice. Congrats. I have been invited on waterfowl trips in the past that came as a surprise and were real blessings. Glad you got to enjoy it.
