Chad's got alot of leases in my neck of the woods. In fact he leased the farm my uncle sold for a couple years, then we got it back luckily. He may be a decent guy, idk only met him once. But there's probably a reason he's ticked off so many local landowners since he's been there. Use caution is all I got. He may run a decent show for all I know.
