Mix and Match Strikers (help me pick)

You guys were serious when you said this stuff can be addicting. I've ordered 10 striker dowels and 10 tops and would like some help matching the two.

Dowels- Maple, Cherry, Rosewood, Osage Orange, Wenge (3), Cedar, Zebrawood, and Hickory

Tops- Maple, Cherry, Canarywood, Black Walnut (3), Bubinga (2), Osage Orange, and Sycamore

I have already combined Wenge with Bubinga and it sounds great. So pick out 3 other tops to try with the Wenge. Thanks!

Walnut will give you your best sound no matter what peg you add with it. Canary will also give you a good striker.
