There's something about that mac ebony!  Honestly they all look awesome, and since I have two of Greg's trumpets I can pretty much guess they sound awesome.

Thanks everyone....I will say that it is probably harder to find Macassar like the one shown than any of the other blanks. That piece of Macassar was provided to me for this build, wish I had a pile of it.
