going through some cabinets in my turkey room last night and ran across this box. made me think about Noel and how he was such a unique and funny man. pulled out couple mesquite boxes and played them for a few. "From The Town Of Lonesome Tom". unfortunately i didn't take pics of boxes. will post those later. life is short and enjoy it .

He sure was. I'm really fortunate to have traded calls with him and the many phone calls that left my belly sore from laughing so hard.

i enjoyed talking with him on phone as well, always hung up laughing with smile on my face. need to thank a member here for introducing him to me as well.

Noel was an outstanding individual, for sure.   Mad a HECK of a good box call, to boot !!!   "The sounds of south Texas".
