Good buy or not?

H&R 10ga with JellyHead and sling.  $200 shipped.  I would have to pay FFL fee, strip the ugly paint off it and repaint it or leave it alone.  Should I jump on it?

 Factory new {with no aftermarket choke they go $250 or more} so it looks like you are saving a some money there - can you test fire it?
