  There's been some good scouting so far, it's looking good in several new spots with alternate plans in place.

Ok my GnH's brothers, My turn in the barrel tomorrow. Looks like a good weather day and scouting is complete. If I get 3 hours of sleep tonight I'll be happy. 
I should be able to get 3 days in this week. More to follow.

   Well two days and two almost's . Four long beards hung up on me yesterday about 70 yards and had other plans. Today I hunted a different piece. In at zero dark 30, sat at the base of a pine waiting to make my first move. Well that was my move! Bird hammers away 60 yards away, hammering like mad!  Too close! Soft  Sweet talk him down. He flys over my head in back of me @60 only gobbling a hundred times or so. Contorting my body, peaking around the big pine he's strutting around. I'm totally out of position. He turns around, I slip into a better position and rake the leaves. He gobbles! Turns around.. I rake again, double, triple gobble!! I cluck soft yelp and rake. He's behind a big pine and can't see me. He finally breaks strut and starts coming. Then,  30 minutes later after the cat and mouse game, the unthinkable happens. He steps in what I thought was a good lane and Boom!
  I Whiffed @40!

Thinking he was the only game in town, I was a lil PO'd  I can laugh at it now.
I let the woods calm down and changed my set up. An hour later, I have a few going that wouldn't commit. New plan in place for tomorrow, I'm getting close.
