I bought one of Mike's call second hand. When I received it, it was really high pitched, so much so it didn't sound like it was Mike Lapp approved. I reached out to him to see if I could send it back and have him look it over and make sure it met his approval. He looked at it the day he received it and found that it actually had a cracked soundboard affecting the sound. He agree to fix or replace the call without question. That says everything about his customer service. He definitely went above and beyond in my opinion and and I am very appreciative for his help. Mike is a quality guy as well as a quality craftsman.
