Unicoi brought back my interest in making strikers again.
I'm not ready for orders yet.   While driving home I had an idea and called a friend.
Brian Aliff and asked him if he would be interested in trying something different.
My idea was a 1 of 1 set.  All but one going to friends.   Brian was up for the idea and
dang, what a job he did on the painting.   All but one has received their strikers.
There won't be any more of these "special" strikers.
Thanks Brian.

Your friends are mighty fortunate to have a friend as kindly talented as you!

Thanks guys.  A lot of why I made these was to see if I could still do it.
I haven't made many in the last 8 years and was very rusty.  Sent these to friends that
have a lot of my strikers to see if I can still make them.

Your one-of-a-kind strikers are even more one-of-a-kind Steve. Very cool.

Nice, Steve. Really like that dogwood. You make a great striker, that's for sure and the added touch is perfectly suited for springtime.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409

Sweet looking strikers and I'm sure they run on surfaces like long ago!

Very nice, those are some lucky friends.
