I saw on the Remington site they listed Versa Max II. Has anyone heard anything about it? They didnt have any info on the gun.
I have the orignal and I like it for shooting the heavy turkey loads as it handles the recoil really well. It hasnt been as relible as they advertise. Its a heavy gun which I dont mind. A couple things happened the bolt handle fell out while pheasant hunting so it was done for the day. They sent me another one and it eventually fell out. They finally sent me a whole new bolt that the handle fits into. I guess it had a bad spring that holds the bolt handle in. Once I replaced the bolt there have been no issues. Now the release that holds the shells in in doesnt always the shells when unloading shells.
