I have a treebark one I got as a gift 30+ years ago, same thing, hat a hair small so I hardly ever wore
it. Found out last year they make "hat stretchers." I picked one up from amazon, and viola, it now
fits my big mellon! Didn't even know that things like that existed! Sorry O.P. don't want to hijack
your thread, just hoping to pass along some help. By the way, these are very well made hats!
