Compact Scope for Turkey Gun?

Can anyone suggest a compact, lightweight scope for a turkey gun? I like red dots, but would rather have the magnification a scope brings.

Thanks!

I have a Simmons Master Series 4x set up on an 870 cantilever barrel.  It works just fine but the gun is noticeably heavy and bulky.  This set up was mostly for using slugs for Ohio deer but has been used for turkey at times.  Needed no more than a choke change.  Straight cylinder for slugs.  Kicks Gobblin Thunder for turkey.  Never need to adjust the scope after zeroing at 40 yards.  The Simmons Master Series has held zero.  Year's ago it got decent reviews from a few gun writers.  It's very reasonably priced.

Leopold makes some good ones. Also, If you can find a Nikon Monarch Turkey Scope, they are fantastic. EBay has many options. Good luck

I have a Simmons 2x32 for sale in the classifieds. Has a diamond reticle.

I have a Bushnell  Trophy 1.75x5 on my 350 Legend that I believe would make a great turkey scope on the 1.75 setting.

That is the perfect turkey scope in my opinion. 4X, super short and compact and just over a half a pound. I have one already. I would like to have 2 more but they quit making them.

This is a Leupold 1x4 Compact shotgun scope with a Plex reticle. This retical is perfect for Turkey, not too thick and has crosshairs that get thinner to the center of a small dot. I've had good luck with Leupold, well built, maintain zero with the heavy loads. Good option too.
