Boy.........I wish I had a place for them. I had all the room in the world back home, but none here. One of these days my living arrangements will change and I'll have some.

I have a friend that eats turkey eggs. He said that they are really good. Have you tried any yet. He also said that they are great for baking cakes because they are so rich. Let us know how the cakes turn out.

I had several setting on the counter the other morning when my son got up to go to work. We were out of chicken eggs in the frig so he noticed the turkey eggs. He procedes to cook them up for breakfast. He said he could barely break the shell but the eggs were great.

I second that, Turkey,quail and phesant eggs are all pretty good.

I would love to have some. But im in the middle of a move. I plan to set up some type of coop after the move. I hope you have some next year. Its something I have wanted to do for a few years, should be able finally after the move.
