Please Remove Your Team Banners

I guess Shannon has asked all 2011 contest members to remove their team banners from their profiles.  This will help speed up download times for OG users with slower connections.

Anyone interested in possibly keeping the Head Hunters team going for  the 2012 contest might want to keep a copy of the link code.
