Belt Sander Grit Question
May 24, 2022, 02:06:57 PM
For those of you that make your own box and scratch calls and use a belt sander, what grit do you use for shaping the box? I currently have 80 grit and it seems like its gonna be too coarse. Any advice would be appreciated!

I use 60 grit, sometimes 80, then palm sander with 120, finished with hand sanding with 220.
