Browning BPS barrel question

Is it possible to switch from a standard Invector choked barrel with a 3" chamber to an Invector plus with a 3.5" chamber?  My assumption is that the ejection port is too small to allow 3.5" shells?  If this is not possible, is it possible to switch a 3" standard barrel and replace it with a 3" chambered Invector plus barrel?

Would love to get have Invector plus choke capability without having to fork out $1200 for the NWTF BPS  that haunts me hahaha.
