Replacing the stopper on a wingbone & trumpet

Have a wingbone the the stopper is starting to show a few cracks and a trumpet that has a wood lip stop and want to try a rubber stop on it.

How does one go about replacing the lip stop on a suction yelper? Do you just order a certain one or is there modification required?
